About Me

I hold an MFA in Creative Writing from Antioch University-Los Angeles. I have published essays and short stories in Sweatpantsandcoffee.com, zaum 8, Storyscape Journal, the Fine Line Anthology, and Vintage Voices: A Toast to Life. My online presence includes an occasional tweet, sporadic blogging and a Facebook page. 

When not writing creatively, I summon insightful and very challenging essay prompts from the depths of my soul to nurture the educational aspirations of my composition students at Mendocino College in Northern California where I am a Professor of English.
